Import / Export of Archived products

  • Go to Magento admin panel - Stores - ATTRIBUTES - Product - Add new Attribute

    • Default Label = SF Archived

    • Catalog Input Type for Store Owner - Yes/No

    • Attribute Code = SF_Archived

    • Default Value = No

  • Go to Magento admin panel - Stores - ATTRIBUTES - Attribute Set

  • Add new Attribute to your Attribute Set

 

  • Ask SF Support to provide csv file with Archived products

 

  • Go to Magento admin panel - Catalog - Products

  • Edit All Archived product and set SF Archived value to Yes

 

  • Go to Magento admin panel - System - Export

    • Select Entity Type - Products

    • Set 'Yes' filter by SF_Archived field

    • Exclude all fields

    • click Continue

 

  • Go to Magento admin panel - System - Import

  • Select entity Type - Products

  • Import Behavior = Replace

  • Select saved file and complete import
