SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1701 Cannot truncate a table referenced in a foreign key constraint (`wfcxy7gaw2mya_stg`.`tnw_salesforce_entity_queue_relation`, CONSTRAINT `FK_BC913D0C23021919FC91247BBA30B1FE` FOREIGN KEY (`queue_id`) REFERENCES `wfcxy7gaw2mya_stg`.`tnw_salesforce_entity_queu), query was: TRUNCATE TABLE `tnw_salesforce_entity_queue`

 

In case when Clear Queue button shows SQLSTATE[42000] error you could delete all records using Mass Acoint menu

  • Select All records

  • Click Action Menu - Delete
