Query exceeded limit of 20000 characters

Module build 1 query for the all entities and run it. As a result, it may cause the error: "Query exceeded limit of 20000 characters"

This issue appeals when sync more than 500 objects in Bulk mode (for example products)

To solve this issue, you could decrease Batch size value (The number of objects to include into a single batch)

  • Go to Magneto admin panel - Salesforce - General Configuration - Advanced section

  • decrease Batch size value for example to 150
