Order (Invoice, Shipment)synchronization from deleted website

  • Go to Magneto admin panel - Stores - All Stores

  • Create new Website and synchronize it

  • Visit new website and Create new customer

  • Add some product to Cart and Place Order

  • Go to Magneto admin panel - Sales - Order and check order was synchronized

  • Go to Magneto admin panel - Stores - All Stores and delete new website

  • Go to Magneto admin panel - Salesforce - Manage ID Mappings and delete all IDs

  • Go to Magneto admin panel - Sales - Order and re-sync order

  • Click Invoice (Ship) and Submit Invoice (Shipment)

  • Go Magneto admin panel - Salesforce - From Magento queue

AR: No records appear in “From Magento queue“. Order (Invoice, Shipment) synchronization was skipped

This happened because there is no connection to Salesforce PriceBook after the website was removed
