Cancel Order sync (Edit - Submit Order)

In case when original order is edited and Submitted new Order, the Original Salesforce Opportunity will be synced as Closed - Won. For new order version new Salesforce Opportunity and new Salesforce Order will be created

  • Go to Magneto admin panel - Sales - Order - create new order

  • Salesforce Order is synced

  • Salesforce Opportunity is synced

  • Click Edit button - Ok

  • Click Submit Order button to Place Order

  • New Order version is created

  • Old Salesforce Opportunity is synced as Closed Lost

  • New order version Salesforce Order is created
