Abandoned Carts Need Resync column

All Abandoned Carts could be viewed on the “Abandoned Carts“ grid

  • Go to Magento Admin panel - Sales - Abandoned Carts

The “Need Resync” column has two states (Yes/No)

  • Yes - means that the abandoned cart was just created and needs to sync synced for the first time. But also “Yes“ state means that the previously synchronized abandoned cart has some changes which are not synced yet

  • No - means that the abandoned cart is synchronized and up to date

Exception

In some cases abandoned cart “Need Resync” column could have “No“ state but is not synchronized:

  1. For synchronized Abandoned Carts Salesforce Ids were removed

  2. Admin manually synchronized Abandoned Carts but the Powersync module was disabled

  3. All Abandoned Carts created before module installation have “Need Resync” state as “No“

Special case

  • Install our extension but do not activate Abandoned Carts automatic sync

  • Create some Abandoned Carts

  • “Need Resync” state for those Abandoned Carts is “Yes“

  • activate Abandoned Carts automatic sync

All Abandoned Carts created after the module installation will be automatically synchronized when activating Abandoned Carts automatic sync
