Product does not sync to SF after Scheduled update

  • go to Salesforce - Product settings - Set "Cause Product sync by scheduled update" option to "No"

  • go to Catalog - Products - edit product

  • Click the Schedule new Update button - change price and Save

  • Wait until the Schedule applies

  • Click the Sync button on the Product page

AR: Sync Product was skipped because data in Magento matched data in SF. old Product version was synced

Note: Product will be synced only after the consumer restarts

  • Go to Magento admin panel - Salesforce - General Configuration - Advanced tab

  • Click the Restart Consumers button and -re-sync product
