Company: Reject Reason and Rejected At SF -> M sync

Company: Reject Reason and Rejected At mappings does not work in reverse sync

  • Go to Magento admin panel - Salesforce - Manage mappings

  • Click Manage Company mappings and create new mapping

    • Magento Attribute - Company: Reject reason

    • Salesforce Attribute - Account Description

  • Go to Magento admin panel - Customers - Companies - edit new company

  • Change Company status Status from Active to Rejected

  • Specify the reject reason and click Change Status button

  • Click on Salesforce Id link and check SF Company Account opens

  • check SF Account Description

  • Click Edit button and change Account Description

  • Click “Sycn Account with Magneto“ - Send data to Magento button

  • Go SF org - Apps - Magento Queue and check error in queue

 

"The account couldn't be saved due to an error(s):Invalid attribute value. Rejected date&time and Rejected Reason can be changed only when a company status is changed to Rejected."
