The following error message may appears in the sync Queue:

Notice: unserialize(): Error at offset 0 of 6 bytes in /var/www/html/stage/m2-current/vendor/tnw/sforceenterprise/Model/Synchronization/Config.php on line 270

To fix this issue you need to refresh your store cache

 Instructions

I. Through the Magento admin area:

  1. Log in to your Magento Admin area

  2. Go to System

  3. Open the Cache Management 

  4. Press the Flush Magento Cache button

 

II. Through the command line on your server:

  1. Log in to your magento server via ssh

  2. Go to Magento directory

  3. Flush Cache Storage with the following command: php bin/magento cache:clean

  4. Flush Magento Cache too: php bin/magento cache:flush
