Bundle order/quote items sync feature
Our module provides you with the ability sync Bundle products in different ways: you may sync the “parent“ bundle product only or child products only or all of them.
You can configure it on the config page:
Admin area → Stores (menu) → Configuration → TNW Salesforce → Orders config page:
If you prefer to sync the “child“ products only - it may miss some fees attached to the parent product! The Magento collects all price information (include tax and discount) in the “parent“ product only.
Case 1: your “parent“ bundle product has its own price and you added child products as price modifiers. The child items will be synced with their own prices, not with the price modifier defined on the Bundle product page.
Case 2: the same situation could happen if you defined the “Custom option“ fees for your Bundle product. These fees are part of the “parent“ product and your “child“ items don't have any information about it. As result, these prices would not be sent to the Salesforce.
