This configuration area can be found in the Magento Admin Portal by navigating to "Salesforce (tab) > Integration Setup > Contact Us Configuration (page)"

STEP 1: Shopping Cart Price Rules

  • Enable Integration - Controls if Magento Shopping Cart Price Rules should flow into Salesforce.
  • Default Status - default Salesforce campaign status for Magneto Shopping Cart Price Rules.
  • Default Type - a type of the Salesforce campaign.
  • Default Owner - is an active Salesforce user who will be assigned to a newly created Salesforce Campaign when Magento shopping cart price rule is synchronized and if that same campaign does NOT exist in Salesforce.
  • Automatically Create New Campaigns - Controls if cart rules in Magento will be pushed into Salesforce automatically or not.
