Create Shipment and Tracking number SF -> M

  • Go to Magento admin panel - Sales - Orders - Create new order

  • Select Salesforce tab and click on Salesforce Opportunity Id link

  • Select Magento Shipment related tab on Opportunity page - and click New button

  • Fill all fields: (Magento Website, Shipping contact, Billing contact, Billing info)

  • Click Save

  • Click on Created SF Magento Shipment link

  • Select Related tab - click Add Magento Shipment Items button

  • mark products - click Add Order products

  • set quantity and click Save

  • Go to Salesforce Opportunity page

  • Click Sync with Magento - Send data to Magento

  • Go to Magento admin panel - Sales - Order - Edit order

  • Select the Shipments tab and check shipment was created

  • Click on Salesforce ID link on Magento shipment record

  • Select Related tab - Click New Magento Shipment Tracking button

  • Select Carrier and provide the tracking number

  • Click Save

  • Click Sync with Magento - Send data to Magento

  • Go to Magento admin panel - Sales - Order - Edit order

  • Select the Shipments tab - View shipment

  • Check tracking number was created
