Change Company Customer Group group SF -> M

  • Click Manage Company mappings and create new mapping

    • Magento Attribute - Company: Customer Group Id

    • Salesforce Attribute - Account Description

  • Go to Magento admin panel - Customers - Companies - create new company

  • Click Edit link - Select Advanced Settings tab and Check the Company Customer Group

     

  • Click on Salesforce Id link and check SF Company Account opens

  • Check Account Description

Customer group is send to SF as ID number

  • Click Edit button and type new Customer group id for example “2“

  • Click “Sycn Account with Magneto“ - Send data to Magento button

  • Go Magento admin panel - Customers - Companies - edit company - Select Advanced Settings tab - check Company Customer Group

  • Go to Magento admin panel - Customers - Customer Groups and check Wholesale Customer group id
