Go to the Magento admin panel - Customers - Customer Groups

For manual synchronization click “Sync w/ Salesforce“ button

All Customer Groups will be added to sync

Customer Group will sync automatically during creation in case when Contact sync is automatical

Go to the Magento admin panel - B2B and Customers - Contact Configuration
Set the Automated Synchronization option to “Yes”
Go to the Magento admin panel - Customers - Customer Groups
Create new Customer Group
