  • Go to the Magento admin panel - Customers - Customer Groups

  • For manual synchronization click “Sync w/ Salesforce“ button

All Customer Groups will be added to sync

Customer Group will sync automatically during creation in case when Contact sync is automatical

  • Go to the Magento admin panel - B2B and Customers - Contact Configuration

  • Set the Automated Synchronization option to “Yes”

  • Go to the Magento admin panel - Customers - Customer Groups

  • Create new Customer Group
