Change Sales Representative on Edit Order page

New Customer

A newly created customer received “Not Specified“

  • go to Magento Frontend and create a new customer

  • go to Magento Admin panel - Customers - All Customers - edit created customer

On the Salesforce side, SF Account and SF Contact will receive Salesforce Account default owner configured in Magento

  • Go to Magento admin panel - Salesforce - B2B and Customers

  • Go to Frontend - add some product to Cart and place an order

  • Go to Magento admin panel - Sales - Orders - edit created order

In this case, order Sales Representative will be “Not Specified” - the same as on the Customer page

  • open SF order link and check Order owner

In this case, SF order owner is the same as SF Contact owner

  • Create new order for this customer from Admin panel

  • Change order Sales Representative and Submit Order

  • open SF order link and check Order owner

SF order owner will be taken from Order drop down

  • go to Magento Admin panel - Customers - All Customers - edit created customer

  • Select the “Account Information“ tab and check “Sales Representative“

Customer “Sales Representative” will be inherited from the order

Exists Customer with Sales Rep

  • go to Magento Admin panel - Customers - All Customers - edit created customer

  • Select the “Account Information“ tab and check Customer has “Sales Representative“

  • Create new order for this customer from Admin panel

  • Check Order Sales Representative is inherited from the Customer

  • Change Order Sales Representative and Submit Order

  • open SF order link and check Order owner

SF Order owner is taken from Magento Order page

In this case Magento Customer Sales Representative will not change

Guest Customer

  • Go to Magento admin panel - Salesforce - B2B and Customers and check Account Default Owner

  • Go to Magento Frontend and place an order as Guest

  • go to Magento Admin panel - Sales - Orders - Edit created order

  • check order Sales Representative is “Not Specified“

  • Click on SF Account link and Check SF Account Owner

  • Click on SF Order link and Check SF Order Owner

  • Click “Reorder “ button on created Guest order

  • Change Sales Representative and Submit Order

  • Click on SF Account link and Check SF Account Owner

  • Click on SF Order link and Check SF Order Owner
