Editable Sales Representative

“Editable Sales Representative” option provides the availability to change the Sales Representative when creating an order

Editable Sales Representative - Yes

  • go to Magneto admin panel - Salesforce - Orders - Order Configuration tab

  • Set “Editable Sales Representative” option to Yes

  • go to Magneto admin panel - Sales - Orders - Create new Order

  • Select Customer and Website Store

  • Check “Change Sales Representative“ drop-down is not dimmed and there is ability to select Sales Rep

Editable Sales Representative - No

  • go to Magneto admin panel - Salesforce - Orders - Order Configuration tab

  • Set “Editable Sales Representative” option to No

  • go to Magneto admin panel - Sales - Orders - Create new Order

  • Select Customer and Website Store

  • Check “Change Sales Representative“ drop-down is dimmed and there is no ability to select Sales Rep
