“Editable Sales Representative” option provides the availability to change the Sales Representative when creating an order
Editable Sales Representative - Yes
go to Magneto admin panel - Salesforce - Orders - Order Configuration tab
Set “Editable Sales Representative” option to Yes
go to Magneto admin panel - Sales - Orders - Create new Order
Select Customer and Website Store
Check “Change Sales Representative“ drop-down is not dimmed and there is ability to select Sales Rep
Editable Sales Representative - No
go to Magneto admin panel - Salesforce - Orders - Order Configuration tab
Set “Editable Sales Representative” option to No
go to Magneto admin panel - Sales - Orders - Create new Order
Select Customer and Website Store
Check “Change Sales Representative“ drop-down is dimmed and there is no ability to select Sales Rep
