“Not Specified“ Sales Rep assigned to quote (Customer does not have sales rep)
Go to Magento Admin panel - Salesforce - Negotiable quotes
Set Default Owner (for example Data.com Clean)
Go to Magento Admin panel - Customers - All Customers and create a new customer
Click on the “Account Information“ tab
Leave “Not Specified“ as “Sales Representative“
Go to Magento Admin panel - Sales - Quotes - Create New Quote
Select previously create customer
leave “Not Specified“ as “Sales Rep“
Click Save & Send button
“Not Specified“ Sales Rep will stay in “Sales Rep” drop-down list. Also “Not Specified“ Sales Rep will be shown on the Quotes grid
Click on the “Salesforce Quote id“ link
The quote owner is Data.com Clean
Click on the “Salesforce Opportunity id“ link
The quote owner is Data.com Clean
“Not Specified“ Sales Rep assigned to quote (Customer has sales rep)
Go to Magento Admin panel - Customers - All Customers
Edit previously created customer
Click on the “Account Information“ tab
Select “test“ as “Sales Representative“ (for example)
Go to Magento Admin panel - Sales - Quotes - Create New Quote
Select previously create customer
Pay attention “Sales Rep“ is “test“ - selected from customer
Select “Not Specified“ as “Sales Rep“
Click Save & Send button
“Sales Rep“ will automatically change to sales rep which assigned to customer
Also “test“ Sales Rep will be shown on the Quotes grid
Click on the “Salesforce Quote id“ link
The quote owner is test
Click on the “Salesforce Opportunoty id“ link
The quote owner is test
