Update product qty on quote from Frontend

Go to Magento Frontend and login as a Company admin user
Add some product to Cart - click Cart icon - View and Edit Cart link
Click the Request a Quote button - Send Request
Go to Magento admin panel - Sales - Quotes
Check Quote was synced
Go to Frontend - My Account - My Quotes - View created quote
Update product qty
Proceed to Chockout button become dimmed.
Question: should Accept, Reject and Send button become dimmed too?
Go to Magento admin panel - Sales - Quotes - view quote
AR: product qty and Subtotal does not change
Go to Magento admin panel - Sales - Quotes grid
Check quote Subtotal is changed
Click on Salesforce Opportunity link and check product qty
try to Convers this quote to Order
, multiple selections available,
