What can you synchronize?

Customer

We support several use cases:

  • Ability to capture a potential customer as a Lead in Salesforce before they make a purchase
  • Capture Magento customer as a B2B Account + Contact
  • Capture Magento customer as a B2C Person Account

To avoid record duplication, our solution has built-in logic to perform record lookup.

  • Account:
    • by the company name and name on the Account
  • Lead, Person Account and Contact Lookup:
    • by email
    • by the Magento ID

If Magneto has the customer account scope set to "per website", the additional condition will be added to the lookup logic.

Product and Product Prices

Single store and multi-store setups are supported. Merchants are also able to take advantage of multi-currency configuration in Magento and Salesforce.

Order and Order Products

A Magento order may be synchronized with Salesforce as an Opportunity or as a Salesforce Order. 

Salesforce Order is used for paid orders and the Opportunity is used for quotes and unpaid orders.


Shipment

There is no native shipment capability in Salesforce. We've implemented a custom solution to allow you to track Magento shipments and tracking numbers in Salesforce.

Invoice 

There is no native invoice capability in Salesforce. We've implemented a custom solution to allow you to track Magento invoices in Salesforce.

Credit Memo
