Salesforce Country/State picklist support

Salesforce CRM allows you to leverage pre-defined "State and Country/Territory Picklists", it changes the country and state fields in Salesforce to leverage "dropdown" form fields.

IMPORTANT: If your Salesforce org is configured to use these picklists, you will also need to activate their usage in Magento via our configuration

This can be done via our configuration pages under "Salesforce (tab) > Integration Setup > Customer Configuration" page in Magento configuration.
