Salesforce to Magento 2 Shipment sync

To enable reverse shipment synchronization, you need to mark the “Synchronize Magento Shipment“ checkbox

  • Go to your Salesforce Org

  • Click Apps button - add type “PowerSync Settings“ in Search app field

  • Marks “Synchronize Magento Shipment“ checkbox

  • Click Save

Now we need to show “Sync with Magento“ button on Magento Shipment page

  • Click Apps button - add type “Magento Shipment“ in Search app field

  • Open some Shipment and click Setup - Edit Page

  • Click on “Magento Shipment Layout (previewed)“ link

  • Click on the Buttons object and drag & drop Magento Shipment button onto Standard Buttons bar

  • Click Save button

  • Open a shipment page again and click the arrow button in the right upper corner

  • Now “Sync with Magento“ button is available

All data is synchronized to Magneto according to the Mappings

  • Go to Magento Admin panel - Salesforce - Manage Mappings

  • Click “Manage mappings“ next to Shipment

Mapping List: Shipment page will open

Use case

  • Open some shipment in Salesforce Org and click Edit button

  • Make some changes in Billing City and Billing Country fields

  • Click Save button

  • Click Arrow button - Sync with Magento

  • Click Send Data to Magneto button

 

Now Magento Shipment will be added to Magento Queue

  • Click Apps button and type Magento Queue

  • Go to Magento admin panel - Sales - Shipment

  • Click on Select - View on Shipment record

  • Billing City and Billing Country fields have changes made in Salesforce
