When the cart becomes abandoned

Unit

This option allows you to set a number of hours/days when automatic synchronization will be performed by schedule.

• go to Magento Admin panel - Salesforce (sidebar menu) - Abandoned Carts - When the cart becomes abandoned tab

• Type number of hours/days in Unit field

Term

This option allows you to select one of the existing options: Hour or Day when automatic synchronization will be performed by schedule.

• go to Magento Admin panel - Salesforce (sidebar menu) - Abandoned Carts - When the cart becomes abandoned tab

• Select Day/Hour option item from Term drop-down list
