Before starting the synchronization process with the bundle and the configurable product you need to deactivate Magento Shipment Item - Validation rule to avoid errors in sync queue
Please select Order Product for selected Order, fields [tnw_shipment__Order_Item__c]
To deactivate Magento Shipment Item - Validation rule do next:
Go to Salesforce - click on Gears button - Setup
type “Magento Shipment Item“ into “Search Setup“ field
Click on the “Magento Shipment Item Object Manager“ item
Click on the “Validation Rules“ tab
Select “Edit“ action next to the validation rule
Unmark the “Active“ checkbox and click Save
Bundled Products
This option allows you to select how Bundled Products will be synchronized to Salesforce Opportunity + Order line items
Sync Bundled product including all products from the bundle
If set the “Bundled Products” option to “Bundled product including all products from the bundle” - Bundled product itself and all products included in the bundle will be synchronized to Salesforce for all orders.
go to Magento Admin panel - Salesforce (sidebar menu) - Orders - Shopping Cart tab
set the “Bundled Products” option to “Bundled product including all products from the bundle”
go to Magento Frontend and place an order with a bundle product
Go to Magento Admin panel - Sales order - edit created order
Click Invoice button - Submit Invoice
Select on Invoices tab - Click on Salesforce ID link
Click on the Related tab
Click Ship button - Submit Shipment
Select on Shipments tab - Click on Salesforce ID link
Click on the Related tab
On Salesforce Magento Shipment page only parent product name is shown
Sync bundle products only
If set the “Bundled Products” option to “Sync bundle products only” - Bundled product itself will be synchronized to Salesforce for all orders.
go to Magento Admin panel - Salesforce (sidebar menu) - Orders - Shopping Cart tab
set the “Bundled Products” option to “Sync bundle products only”
go to Magento Frontend and place an order with a bundle product
Go to Magento Admin panel - Sales order - edit created order
Click Invoice button - Submit Invoice
Select on Invoices tab - Click on Salesforce ID link
Click on the Related tab
Click Ship button - Submit Shipment
Select on Shipments tab - Click on Salesforce ID link
Click on the Related tab
Sync child products only
If set the “Bundled Products” option to “Sync child products only” - child products will be synchronized to Salesforce for all orders.
go to Magento Admin panel - Salesforce (sidebar menu) - Orders - Shopping Cart tab
set the “Bundled Products” option to “Sync child products only”
go to Magento Frontend and place an order with a bundle product
Go to Magento Admin panel - Sales order - edit created order
Click Invoice button - Submit Invoice
Select on Invoices tab - Click on Salesforce ID link
Click on the Related tab
Click Ship button - Submit Shipment
Select on Shipments tab - Click on Salesforce ID link
Click on the Related tab
Configurable Products
This option allows you to select how Configurable Products will be synchronized to Salesforce Opportunity + Order line items
Child Product
If set the “Configurable Products” option to “Child Product” - only the simple product will be synchronized to Salesforce for all orders.
go to Magento Admin panel - Salesforce (sidebar menu) - Orders - Shopping Cart tab
set the “Configurable Products” option to “Child Product”
go to Magento Frontend and place an order with a configurable product
Go to Magento Admin panel - Sales order - edit created order
Click Invoice button - Submit Invoice
Select on Invoices tab - Click on Salesforce ID link
Click on the Related tab
Click Ship button - Submit Shipment
Select on Shipments tab - Click on Salesforce ID link
Click on the Related tab
Parent Product
If set the “Configurable Products” option to “Child Product” - only the configurable product will be synchronized to Salesforce for all orders.
go to Magento Admin panel - Salesforce (sidebar menu) - Orders - Shopping Cart tab
set the “Configurable Products” option to “Child Product”
go to Magento Frontend and place an order with a configurable product
Go to Magento Admin panel - Sales order - edit created order
Click Invoice button - Submit Invoice
Select on Invoices tab - Click on Salesforce ID link
Click on the Related tab
Click Ship button - Submit Shipment
Select on Shipments tab - Click on Salesforce ID link
Click on the Related tab
