“Not Specified“ Sales Rep assigned to quote

  • Go to Magento Admin panel - Salesforce - Negotiable quotes

  • Set Default Owner (for example Data.com Clean)

  • Go to Magento Admin panel - Customers - All Customers and create a new customer

  • Click on the “Account Information“ tab

  • Leave “Sales Representative“ as “Not Specified“

  • Go to Magento Admin panel - Sales - Quotes - Create New Quote
