Customers can view a list of all their recurring purchases in a neat dashboard where they can also pause, re-activate, cancel, and edit various recurring purchases.
Subscription Dashboard page:
Contain list of recurring purchases
The customer is able to filter existing subscriptions by ‘Billing frequency' and 'Status’
Change Shipping Address and Method through the 'Action' menu
‘Edit', ‘hold-resume’ and 'Cancel’ subscription directly from the dashboard
Subscription Detail Page:
'Summary' tab contains all general information about certain subscription
Estimated Payment date, customers are also able to modify the next payment date
Subscription status
Modify Subscription profile: change qty, billing frequency, term
Place subscription On Hold
Cancel the subscription
2. 'Shipping information' tab contains information about shipping address and method, customers are also able to modify it
3. 'Billing Information' tab contains information about Billing address and Payment details, customers are also able to modify it
4. 'Order History' tab contains order information which includes order number, Created date, Tax Fee, Shipping Fee, Grand Total, Status
5. ‘Change History’ tab contains subscription change history
