Problem

You received following error message through the package installation:

This app can't be upgraded.
There are problems that prevent this package from being installed.
Missing Organization Feature: Quotes


Solution

This problem appears because our module need to add new fields for the Salesforce Quote native entity, but this feature not activated on your Org.



  1. Login to your Salesforce Org
  2. Go to the "Setup" page (in general link located at the top right area of Salesforce page)
  3. Find and click the "Quotes settings" in setup menu
  4. Tick the "Enable Quotes" checkbox and save changes
  5. Run package installation process again
