Issue 

You see the following error message:

Upsert object Opportunity. Entity: Quote (ID #*****). Message: Record Type ID: this ID value isn't valid for the user: *********, fields [RecordTypeId].

This problem may happen if record type is not available for the Salesforce useryou use to sync data

Solution

  1. Log in to your Salesforce Org
  2. Find the user you use for Magento-Salesforce integration
  3. Take a look his Profile
  4. Find and open this Profile page
  5. Scroll down to "Record Type Settings" section
  6. Find the object which have described issue
  7. Click the "Edit" link
  8. Add necessary Record Type to available list
  9. save changes
