Installation & Setup - RACI Table

The scope of all activities in this table is limited to the connector between Magento and Salesforce only.

The client may not always have internal capacity and full-time staff to handle the internal workings of Salesforce and/or Magento. In these situations, Salesforce SI and Magento SI partners are usually there to fill the gap. if no internal teams are available and if no SI is assigned to help, PowerSync assumes that responsibility as a fallback option.

RACI assignments above cover the most common scenarios and our typical engagement. We are very flexible and can transition some of the "R"s in the PowerSync column to internal teams or System Integrators upon request.
