Problem

Feature needs to be disable separately in magento and in QBO account.

Solution

If you want to disable Close the books feature, you will need to follow this steps:

  1. Go to magento admin/stores/configuration/TNW_Quickbooks/products

  2. Set Close the books feature to Off

  3. Save config

  4. Go to your QBO account/accounts and settings/advanced

  5. Set Close the books feature to Off

  6. Save config

If you want to enable this feature you will need to follof same steps again.
