Basic Installation

• Installation of files to your Magento environments

  • 2 environments: LIVE and a single Test environment

• Review of the configuration settings for the integration w/ the client

• Review standard data mappings for the integration

• A 1-hour training session to review how the integration works and how to triage issues if any occur.

• Pre-LIVE preparation

White-glove Installation

• Everything offered under the Basic Installation

• Resolving conflicts between any 3rd party Magento extension and the PowerSync product

• Installation of files into LIVE and all lower level environments based on your needs

• Scope call(s) and implementation of all customer requirements

• Making necessary changes in QuickBooks Online environment to meet the customer requirements

• Full historical data sync for all supported entities

• Working with the client to clean up any data or custom process issues in either system

• Access to our Premier Support during the installation period
