In the latest release, all mappings were removed moved to new "Manage Mappings" page
Go to Magento admin panel and click on the Salesforce icon on sidebar menu

click on “Manage Mapping“ item
...
By clicking on “Manage Mapping“ action link you will be able to view and edit all mappings related to the selected object
