Synchronize Notes
This option allows you to attach Magento Shipment notes to the Shipment notes in Salesforce
To Enable Synchronize Notes
go to Magento Admin panel - Salesforce (sidebar menu) - Shipment - Shipment Configuration tab
Set the “Synchronize Notes“ option to “Yes“
As a result, Magento invoice comments will be attached to the Invoice notes in Salesforce
