  • Mark checkbox next to company you want to manually synchronize

  • Click the Action” menu - “Sync with Salesforce”

  • Click the Select - Edit” link from the Action column for the company you want to manually synchronize

  • Click the Sync with Salesforce” button

Sales Representative list contains All active Magento users that are linked to active Salesforce user accounts. If you do not see the user in this list, navigate to Manage the Manage “All UsersUsers” page and make sure the Magento user is active and make sure it's linked with the Salesforce user successfully.
